Ok, so you have this neighbor who thinks that the water your lawn three times a day … if three times, including if it rains. How will this effect me … now i can cut that part of my garden because the water is at my ankles. my parents tell me that this condition after that water, but it is always wet! your lawn looks like shit and when the waters in the middle of the day you kill the grass because water acts as a glass magnafing Birns and grass.
